Why should I create a Penn Station account?
Your Penn Station account lets you earn rewards, track orders and get special offers.
What is needed to sign up?
A valid email and phone number are needed to create an account.
How do I join?
You can sign up by:
- Visiting penn-station.com
- Using the Penn Station mobile app
- Creating an account while placing an online order
How do I update my account information?
After logging in, go to your Profile settings to update your email, phone number, or address.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Log in to your account and go to your profile. There you’ll find an option to delete your account.
How do I get help?
Visit our Help Center at penn-station.com/help.

Loyalty

What is Penn Station Rewards?
Penn Station Rewards is our free loyalty program. You earn points on qualifying purchases and can redeem them for free menu items and special offers.
Is there a cost to join?
No. It’s completely free, just create a Penn Station account.
Are there bonus or limited-time offers?
Yes. From time to time, members can enjoy special promotions like double points or surprise offers.
Can I combine or transfer points or rewards with other accounts?
No. Each account is tied to a unique email and phone number. Points and rewards cannot be shared or transferred.
What if something is wrong with my account, points or rewards?
Visit our Help Center and submit a comment form. Our team will follow up and make things right.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?
You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Points can be earned:
- At the restaurant by giving your phone number or scanning your QR code from the app
- Online at penn-station.com/order
- In the Penn Station mobile app
Are there any purchases that don’t earn points?
Yes. Taxes, tips, delivery fees and some promotions don’t earn points.
Can I earn points on third-party delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)?
No. Points can only be earned in-store, on our website or in our app.
When will my points show up?
Points usually appear in your account within 24 hours of your purchase.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be used in the Points Shop to claim free menu items or exclusive offers.
I forgot to provide my phone number when ordering. Can I still get points?
Yes. Enter your receipt ID on the Claim Points page in your account.
Do points expire?
No. Points don’t expire and there’s no limit on how many you can earn or hold. Points are not transferable.
What happens if I get a refund?
Points from refunded orders are not automatically removed or restored. If needed, contact us through the Help Center to request an adjustment.

Using Points to Claim Rewards

How do I claim rewards?
Visit the Points Shop to use your points for rewards. You can view your available rewards on the Your Rewards page.
Do rewards expire?
No. Rewards do not expire and there’s no limit to how many you can earn. Some orders may have limits on how many rewards you can use at once.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem a reward?
You can redeem rewards:
- In-store: Add items to your order, then give the cashier your phone number so they can apply your reward.
- Online or in the app: Add all items to your cart, including the one you want to use your reward for. During checkout, click Apply next to the reward. The price will be updated to $0.
Rewards can’t be redeemed through third-party delivery services.

Ordering

How can I place an order?
You can:
- Order at the counter in the restaurant
- Order online at penn-station.com/order
- Order in the Penn Station app
- Order through a third-party delivery service (fees or terms may vary)
What’s the difference between pickup and delivery?
Pickup: You place the order online and pick it up at the restaurant.
Delivery: A third-party delivery driver brings your order to you.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes. You can choose a future pickup or delivery time when ordering online or in the app.

Menu, Pricing & Availability

Are all menu items available online?
Most items are available, but availability may vary by location.
Do prices differ between in-store and online?
Prices are the same in-store, on our website and in our app. Third-party delivery pricing may vary and may include extra fees.
What about taxes and fees?
Taxes are added where required. Any delivery or service fees will appear at checkout.

Payments & Order Confirmation

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and Penn Station gift cards.
What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
- If it’s for pickup, follow the pickup instructions provided.
- If it’s for delivery, your driver will bring it to the address you entered.
What if my card is charged but the order fails?
If payment goes through but the order doesn’t, a refund or reversal will be issued. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. You can place a new order for any additional items.

Delivery & Support

What are your delivery hours?
Delivery hours vary by location. You’ll see available times after choosing your restaurant.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Delivery areas depend on the restaurant’s coverage zone. Some addresses may not be eligible.
What if my delivery is late or missing?
Contact the delivery service listed in your confirmation email for help.
What if I’m not home when the driver arrives?
Follow the delivery instructions you set (for example, “leave at door”). If you miss your delivery, contact the delivery service right away.
My order was incorrect or missing items. What should I do?
Visit our Help Center or call the restaurant. Provide your contact info, order number, date, time and details about what went wrong. We’ll review it and make things right.
